General Disclaimer
This website is for informational purposes regarding the practice and for submitting schedule requests. Browsing or otherwise accessing this website does not establish a physician-patient relationship and no medical care will be provided outside scheduled appointments. Submitting a form for scheduling requests does not guarantee that an appointment will be made, an evaluation done, or treatment rendered nor does it guarantee that Dr. Iteen or any staff will review the appointment requests within a specified time. Patients with concerns regarding possible life-threatening symptoms should contact 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Department.
Service Area Disclaimer
Currently appointment requests are only accepted from within the Santa Fe Hills & North San Marcos, CA area. Requests with addresses from outside those areas (or telehealth requests from outside the state of California) will be denied.
Telehealth Disclaimer
Telehealth appointments have diagnostic and treatment limitations. Some conditions may not be reliably evaluated or treated via telehealth. Furthermore, it may not be known prior to the appointment that the condition or symptoms of concern are not appropriate for telehealth. In such cases, Dr. Iteen may refer patient's to in person care facilities due to the limitations of telehealth. Should that occur no refund will be issued as a physician-patient relationship has been established and medical decisions made. Furthermore, patients requesting telehalth visits must currently be in the state of California at the time of the visit.
Fee Transparency Statement
All services rendered are self-pay at the time of scheduling. Fees are transparent and posted on the site. This practice does not bill insurance on your behalf. Due to billing regulations I cannot see patients who are covered by Medicare, Medical/Medicaid, or TRICARE regardless of if you want to self pay or not.
